September means back to school and I’m certainly back at my desk tweaking the talks I’m giving over the coming weeks. But there must also be time for gardening – and garden visiting – now the
cooler weather has arrived. I’ve noticed that many of the roses seem to have come through the drought relatively unscathed and are flowering again just as they should.
